It finally snowed today! I am always amazed that Mt. Rainier is visible from just about anywhere in Tacoma - however, we rarely see snow in our yard. I woke up early (6am) this morning by Mike saying that it had snowed. I was so excited and could not get back to sleep. When the girls woke up they were immediately itching to get outside. It took quite a while to get out the door. We had to locate hats, gloves, boots, warm jackets, etc.... All you moms know what I am talking about. 45 minutes later we stepped outside. Here are a few of my favorite shots of the girls this morning.

Well, I have taken the plunge into the scary world of advertising... I mean purchased advertising :-) Until today I have relied solely on word of mouth; which has treated me well. When I started my business three years ago I refused to pay for advertising the first couple of years. Who can afford advertising these first few years in a small business? Well, I am ready to step things up a bit – move to the next level. I believe I have chosen the best company to help keep me busy this summer. Congratulations Brian and Sarah! Brian and Sarah had a beautiful wedding on December 22nd, 2007. I met Sarah downtown at Nordstrom while she and her mother were getting their make-up done. Check out the photos below of Sarah at the MAC counter. The lighting at the counter was perfect and captured Sarah's wedding day glow. The two were married at Pravda Studios in Seattle. Pravda Studios is a very industrial space and that style showed through their candlelit ceremony. In the spirit of the Christmas season... the Dickens Carolers were on site singing Christmas Carols. My daughter requested "Jingle Bells" and I believe it made her night. Again, congrats on your marriage.

Wow, I am lucky to have met this lady. Not only that - she is one of my dearest friends. When you first meet her you will see how passionate she is about her work. I have never had a physician take so much time with me and look so deep in finding the root cause of your current health. I hope my husband does not mind me sharing this... Mike has had high blood pressure for years and was told that he would need to take prescription medication for the rest of his life. Enter Dr. Colombini - Mike now has a very normal blood pressure without the assistance of drugs! In case you haven't noticed.... We love her! Please check out her website and give her a call today.
